Danay stores the information needed to help you learn and resume your work. This page describes the current version of the service.

Learning without an account

Your lesson progress, code drafts, bookmarks, and review history are saved in your browser on this device. Clearing browser data can remove them. You can download a backup from the Account page.

When you create an account

Supabase processes your email address and authentication information and stores your learning data so you can resume on another device. Other learners cannot view your account or progress. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider, rather than stored in the learning application.

Running Python

Python runs inside your browser through an isolated execution page. Your account credentials and learning records are not sent to the Python runtime. Runtime files are downloaded from a public content delivery network. Code you choose to save is included in your learning data and synced when signed in.

Hosting and essential storage

Vercel hosts the website and execution page. Supabase hosts authentication and cloud learning data. These providers process technical requests, including network information, to deliver and secure their services. Danay uses browser storage for essential account sessions and progress. This release includes no advertising or marketing analytics.

Your controls

From the Account page, you can export your learning data, sign out, or permanently delete your account and associated cloud learning data. You can also remove data saved on a device through your browser’s site settings. Keep a backup of anything you want to preserve.

Exercise checks and completion records are for personal practice. They are not proctored assessments or verified qualifications.
